Evidence Based Medicine Training in Urology Residency

PURPOSE:
To develop a series of instructional modules to teach urology residents the principles of EBM in the context of urological practice by using examples from the literature. In addition, an instrument is being developed and validated to evaluate the acquisition of EBM knowledge and skills which will be able to be used by program directors as a formal assessment tool.
